MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
 

Anyone who is eligible for membership and wishes to join our Order should contact the Membership Chairman for the proper forms and instructions.  By following the procedures outlined below, an application can be processed in minimum time. 

  1. Obtain Order of Daedalians Application for Named Membership
    1. Follow Information and Instructions with form.
    2. Complete Named Membership Application and Personal Data Form.
    3. NOTE: Do not mail direct to National.  Give all completed forms and documentation to Membership Chairman for processing.
       
  1. Applicant will make check made payable to Order of Daedalians for $35.00 (annual dues of $25.00 and registration fee of $10.00).

  1. Applicant will give completed forms and check to Membership Chairman who, in turn will ensure that all forms are properly completed, required documentation included, and forms are sent to National.

    NOTE: If applicant wishes to apply for Life Membership at this time, contact Membership Chairman for latest information and cost.

  1. When application is approved, National will send the new member a letter of approval, member card and certificate.
     
  1. National will also notify the 39th Flight of the new member, membership number and date accepted into the Order.

If the new member of the Order wishes to join the 39th Flight – Eagle, follow the following procedure:

  1. Obtain Order of Daedalians, 39th (Eagle) Flight, Application for Membership Form (this is a pdf file and you will need Adobe Reader to download it. Be sure to uncheck the "Free Google Toolbar" box before starting the download).
     
  1. Applicant will fill out form completely.  (This is the minimum information for the Flight).  NOTE:  This form will also be used for members who are transferring from other Flights.
     
  1. Applicant will give application form and check (preferred) for annual Flight dues, if required, to Membership Chairman.  Make check payable to 39th Flight – Eagle.  (Dues are prorated as indicated on application).
     
  1. A member transferring from another Flight who has already paid flight dues for the current year, will not be required to pay the current year’s dues to the 39th Flight.
